im a bit confused. How is it that Zain lost to depree and Meinhardt in the same tournament?

well it cant happen at national, junior olympics, world cups, div I sabre tournaments, or at most local tournaments, but you can lose once and still be in the tournament because of something called repechage. they have it in all cadet and junior nacs as well as foil and epee div I events. when you lose for the first time in the top 32 but before you get to the 8, you have the chance to fence other losers to try to get back into the 8. before the 32 and after the 8 it is like a regular tournament

How on earth did Shaito get 1st seed out of pools? was his pool just really easy or is he that good?. Cause i heard about some of the pools there and they were completely disgusting.

zain shaito is a very good fencer and was fencing really well all day. just because he is allergic to gerek doesnt mean hes not great

Epee and I live in Saskatchewan, right in the middle of Canada. I'm a fencing enthusiast so I enjoy watching all weapons!
