How long it takes to count to a number at the rate of one number per second.
If you consider actually counting them out though, the time could be considerably longer.
But you can get the idea.

So

One thousand = 16 minutes

One million = More than two weeks
Thats counting 16 hours per day
leaving time for sleep

One billion = nearly 50 years
Also leaving time for sleep

AND .
One trillion = 31,709.79 years at least.
