The funny thing is that so many people still dont know that livestock are the best tool we have to manage these range lands for really well functioning water cycles.
weve seen riverbank areas on every single ranch grow in health as measured by vegetation cover, the cleanliness of the water, perennial plants...we changed the pattern of use and the pattern of growth has reflected that, and so how we have beautiful expanding wetland we have oak trees that were not there, all of a sudden growing, we have lots of different diverse vegetation, perennial grasses, trees that weren't here before...
