This is a piano solo I performed with a Bechstein Grand Piano from the East West Quantum Leap Pianos library.

  • Wonderful composition as always! However, I would just like to ask you what DAW do you use to record? I'm using Cubase 4 but I'm having trouble with the sustain pedal for some odd reason.. It works just fine with the PLAY Standalone version. I was thinking maybe Pro Tools would be the way to go.

  • I always used Cubase Studio 4. Works fine. What's the problem with your sustain pedal? If it works fine in standalone, it could be a problem of the MIDI controller config. Does it change anything if you reset to default settings inside Cubase?

  • @aldy32 that's the same trouble I've had with nearly all virtual grands....................

only way around the problem is to edit the midi file.

  • The problem is if I release the sustain pedal a fraction after pressing and holding the keys down, the notes will cut off.

Ok, thanks I will check it out! xD
