I have watched this about 4 times this morning! Still will not easily go into pringle position, it has hurt my hand, smacked me in the face haha! Now that I re-erected it its swaying to one side the right bit of metal is bent and its completely ruined, there must be something wrong with it.. I'm supposed to be at a friends now and can't get it into my car. IT WON'T GO DOWN!!! Can anyone help please???? :(

I just got my spray tan and finding it hard to put down can anyone help? Ive bent it at one side and not going into the pringle shape. Standing in my dinning room now. Helpppppppppppppp?????

I just got my tent and have had it up two times. I now find that the one side seems over bent and when i try to fold it down it does not work properly. I have to try to bend the metal side straight so when i put it in the "pringle" position it tucks under nicely and fold under instead of springing back at me. Does anyone else have this issue, is this a defect or something everyone has to deal with, the one in the video doesnt seem to have this issue...
