A Video I Made Of Thunder

This is a video i made a while ago for Samantha And Kim.
If your pay attention, you can tell some of these pictures are from the same day, and are just ones of him behaving, and misbehaving.
I just thought it would be fun to make a video.
He has not changed, and is still a little nutzo.
Anyway, thunder was just sold.
Sam and Kim are both away at college.

So this is going to piss some people off but I really don't believe in what Parelli teaches nor do I think that anybody can properly do Parelli but Pat Parelli and his wife, and maybe the people who work closely with them. This horse has a double bit in, its not a harsh bit in anyway if used correctly. This horse just looks like he has some attitude and the riders look like there doing pretty well considering they didn't end up on the ground. Anyways i'm done now. Sorry about my rant.

I won't use another bit with a horse like that.. maybe the bit HURTS him too much an bitless he can be way WAY easyer to ride because he has no bit :) my oppinion

try a hackmore it may help. and i you brought him and he is like that i suggest u start from scratch in traing him he might think twice about the stuff he does

double bits are for hard mouth horses like ones that bolt or the the ones you cant pull up. i thought i should point that out.

What a stunning boy! Pleased he came right for you. Sorry to say this, however would just like the girl that is riding without a hat to know that infact people do break. No matter how good a rider you may be you should never get on a horse that you can predict will behave like that without a hat. A more predictable horse I understand that, but a horse like this? Please just think of who you would be leaving behind if something were to happen to you, its honestly not worth it.. x

@NieneJonasHorses I know your comment is from a year ago, but half of Thunders face is paralyzed from an accident he was in. So without a very strong bit, he doesn't feel much of anything.

I like that horse, he has a big attitude and personality looks like. He must be super athletic, you must have to do lots to keep him busy and occupied. That bit seems fine for him too, because you know how to use it. Good riding!
