In this video, the AOK (stainless steel) unit needs to let the water set inside it for 5 minutes total, shaking it a couple of times... thats why your readings werent good... maybe redo that section for, thanks

I think you need to leave it in for longer - like 5 minutes. Also looks like you have pretty good alkaline water already! Amazing your water comes out so alkaline!

maybe you have to leave the water in the AOK for longer???possibly 5 to 10 min
