@MrRandalScott Yes it would. Weight does determine terminal velocity of a falling item. You shoot a bullet of 2 different sizes with the same force, they will hit at different times, regardless of direction, reason is weight which affects terminal velocity, TV being the highest speed that an item can travel. and TV relies on Weight.
