I really like this song because it has a heavy theme of 'Beware of the Silly ones'.

the first part of the song tells you that the Mayor(whoever that might be) is quite the silly person.then comes the next half at 1:15, it still have the silly theme to it, but if feels like you just stepped into a den of rather funny looking lions, but still, lions that might be hungry.
