FF7 Debug Room - Hidden cutscenes?

I've never seen these cutscenes when I played the game - they're nothing big, but I hadn't seen them uploaded on Youtube so I thought I'd put it up for others to see, and perhaps get answers on whether these are actually hidden cutscenes or just something I missed from the game.

Comments I may get:

"zOMG ITS FAKE U EDITED IT!!!!1111!!"
I've shown the steps from the debug room so you can go investigate it for yourself. You can even look at the Debug Room Guides and see that these cutscenes DO appear when you select these options. Besides, if I had such elite editing skills I'd use them on something else rather than pretending that there are hidden cutscenes.

"This cutscene are not hidden, they appear in teh game!"
Maybe they do, but I've never seen them. Also I'm assuming they weren't supposed to be in the game because:
1. Cloud doesn't have quotation marks in his dialogue.
2. Sephiroth doesn't finish his sentence.

If they DO exist in the game, please do tell me how I can view them through normal gameplay!

Oh, and lastly, if you find my annotations annoying feel free to turn them off. xD

that music for the train scene at beginning is eerie as hell. like its dark and im alone and its fuckin creepin me out lol

I remember the train scene in my game. But the dialog was different.

The cutscene where cloud asks sephiroth how they make materia was in the game, I remember seeing that scene when I played through it.
