    work your way down into it bit by bit

  • its more of a flexiblilty issue i think.

  • if you dont have weightlifting shoes with a raised heel that could be the problem. The raised heel helps lifters keep their backs more upright. It is very rare for a person to be able to keep from rounding their back deep in the squat without these.

  • how to dont round the lower back in deep position of the squat?
