I was perscribed Effexor [vanlafaxine] because the cause of my heart pain is supposedly anxiety. I have noticed me being more calm, though the negative side effect is the idea that I am the only human being in this world. I do not feel „alone/isolated“ but in the sense of not depending on others, so I lose interest in other people. Are there any exercises that can help me reduce pain in my heart muscle without the need for drugs? I hate that after a while, drugs make you feel funny like a robot.
