Interesting system. Despite the spin in the video, systems like this are going to result in a lot of well paying blue collar jobs disappearing. Yes some new jobs will be created, but Rio Tinto isn't going to be implementing this costly system unless there are some substantial long term savings in their wage bill.

hmm didn't think I'd see the day where the programmer kicks the truckie out of his job, not this soon anyway, pretty impressive, can't help but think of what happens when things go wrong though....it's computerised, so it WILL go wrong.
