Number 1 pound for pound is Mayweather. Manny is number 2. The Cotto and Margarito fights were bs catweight fights. He cant make 147 much less 154 so Manny is a 6 time champ in 6 weight classes

B-Hop and Shane are both Hall of Fame bound but they don,t belong in the top 5 anymore. They are both well past their prime and should retire.
