❤ Being Confident ❤

Hello Beautiful ^_^

What does Confidence mean to you? If you think about it, Confidence is important. You need confidence to do well in a work interview, you need confidence to meet new people, you need confidence to perform your highest potential in anything you do.

I get a lot of questions from you guys asking me how to 'Be confident'. Many of you girls (and guys) are self conscious on how you look, how well you perform in life and what other people think about you.

Are there quick methods to be confident? Yes, but they aren't permanent. You can give yourself a makeover, wear nice clothes and improve your posture. They will all help to make you FEEL confident but only to a certain extent.

Being Confident will take time because it just doesn't happen over night. Some think that in order to be confident, you must be successful in some type of field (appearance, career, education, talent etc) first. Is this really true? Nope. I don't think anybody can FULLY be confident in everything in life. This is because we are going to be in difficult situations throughout life. However, being able to overcome them is what strengthens us.

In this video, I talk about what I think a person needs to think, act and do in order to be confident.

I went through tough times, too. When I had no friends at all, my mother got breast cancer and my marks were not the best.. To all of you who are going through similar stuff: Don't hang your head! It's gonna be all right, you can change most of your situation. You know, the more I struggled for being popular, the worse it got. When I stopped with that, I found friends so easily and now even have a very close friend. ;)
