  • that looks so much like a bluff when she makes a big 'display' of counting out her chips. If you have someone beat and want them to call, you don't want your bet to look scary to them. The other guy may have just had nothing but a couple of overcards and didn't want to commit that many more chips to the hand.

  • also, a 3bet on a paired rainbow board may indicate a high % of bluff in funny guy range....perfect application of yety theorem.

  • i was there:

on a flop 633; she bets, funny guy dont trust, he raised, then she 4 beted him with a bunch of chips and he instandly folded. she showed A2o ;)

  • She is some kind of master Joda jedai in poker. She has unbeliavable feeling.

  • This play really isn't anything special. She bet a flop that could have hit a small blind hand. Pretty standard stuff.

  • @cdleeman also they play at a higher level than yours... lol. They would act weak when theyre weak and strong when theyre strong in order to apply revers psychology. Just realize theyre at another level dude, if u could play like them you, would... but you dont so shhhh

  • If you observe the guy after Annette showed her hand you will notice that he had made a good laydown.

  • This is standard play. She put the early position guy with a King High. If she reads him as tight and called preflop then she knew he didn't hit the board. So with an A high she's in the lead. This is not even a bluff. She feels she got a better hand and I think she has the better hand here. So she has to reraise to get the guy off his hand to prevent outdrawing her on the turn.

  • that dealer is hot

  • @BobbyNutzzz That's what I was thinking. His range in this spot includes KQ, and she knows she can get him to fold a lot of Ace rags that might end up splitting with her anyway.

  • she has guts.. admire her :)

  • Bluffing with the best hand...

  • @w2totor i think the other player is Barney Boatman out of the hendon mob

  • i love how bad guys always try to bully women who look weak, but players like annette, vanessa selbst or liv boeree are a new generation of players. they dont fold like chicken, they push back with 3 or 4bets.

guys like him think they are a big number and girls cant play poker. maybe a guy like ivey or antonius can do something like that :-)

  • It was not a bluff, she had an ace and probably the best hand and she knew it. The other guy was a pussy for not shoving!
