Poor Man's Home Gym Set up - Homemade weightlifting equipment

Just a quick tour of my weightlifting Dungeon. I have been getting by with a pretty limited set-up. I have to move plates from one bar to the other as I workout, but I make do. Check out some of my improvised lifting gear. I'll post vids in the future of my best lifts. I'll might also show some bench press training with bands, boards, log chains, etc.
