That's awesome that they are in Hall of Fame.
You can argue with me but does anyone else feels that Joy Division was completely different thing than New Order? Two completely different bands that should be departed? Because a lot of people equate these bands. I know, they both have 3/4 same members but the climate, atmosphere and something i can't exactly explain...

indie rock was good from 70s til around 2005.
after interpol, YYYS, the strokes, bloc party, the killerers etc. nothing good has showed up.

So true! But you can argue that most of the people who are into "indie" today, when you ask them to name a Joy Division song, it's ALWAYS Love Will Tear Us Apart, when there's so much better. Same with New Order, it's either True Faith, Blue Monday or World In Motion.
