I always thought this scene was the result of killing all the little sisters since you always listen to Atlas's orders, including to kill the sisters.

@DictatoroftheCake i think it was both, he gave jack the command to kill, hoping he would kill everything in his path including atlas/fontaine..but his plan was foiled sorta since tenanbam fixed jack, but still he killed fontaine

Actually, you can get a trophy involving Ryan in BioShock 2. Go to Ryan Amusements and in Journey to the Surface opening animatronic of Ryan, use Telekinesis on a golf club. Aim it an animatronic Ryan's head and fire!!
