Raine, as a vocalist, destroys David Cook. "Innocent" is NOT a good song to showcase Raine's voice.

Not a big OLP expert or anything but on this song, they come across (IMHO) as autotuned. Especially at the end when the song escalates. The nation heard David sing it live and while the range of this song was not in his comfort zone on the 1st verse, he killed it in the chorus. Verdict...OLP owned the 1st verse...but David owned the rest of the song.

Cook can sing very well.. but Raine.. I'm not feeling it.. just compare voices.. Raine can't hit those notes live where Cook can easily.. without cracking.. I like David Cook better and I hate American Idol.

Raine's voice is one of those voices that cannot be forgotten nor mimicked.
Sorry, but David is not on his level and his voice doesn't suit that genre of music very well.

well actually im a big OLP fan so i actually c this version of OLP so much better than david's, but david is good 2 , like olp is=AMAZINg and David is =VeryGood

I enjoy both of them. After all Our Lady Peace is my all time favorite band, so in my opinion I don't think it's a matter of one beating out the other. No one will ever be "better" than the other. Though David can develop even more amazing skills.
And I am in love with Raine's voice. XD That's totally besides my point anyways. Just a little fangirl coming out.

ofc david cook will be a star , and to tell u somethin, drazlw, who wouldnt love OLP with songs like ''naveed'' ''made of steel'' ''somewhere out there'' ''all for us'' ''sorry'' , DO u want me 2 keep goin, ,,, so ur right , its not who is better, but who is more experienced , and they both sound great, and ur last 2 lines , no comment :P

Of Course,David is a semi-beginner, but Our Lady Peace were singing since 94 , i mean, i am a our lady peace fan but i also admit that david WILL be better than them
