Believe it or not I asked Don Alejandro about his announcement in 2007, he said when the 6th sun comes, which is when we exit the darkness of the CMA, North will not be north anymore.

Grand Elder of Maya, Wandering Wolf, says that year zero could be with 5,10, 20, 40, maybe 50 years, but knows we are very close. He says we will all know it when we enter the central magnetic axis which will bring upon the darkness of 24,36, maybe 48 hours or more. When the rest of the planets enter the CMA, the Earth will be overcharged with energy, all weak will die. All electricity will fail for duration. The planet Earth is almost 8,000 miles in diameter, so the magnetic field has to travel a long way to affect your compass. That is why a compass needs to have a lightweight magnet and a frictionless bearing. Otherwise, there just isn't enough strength in the Earth's magnetic field to turn the needle.
