Just remember, stand out of the shade, turn on mic attenuation, trains are loud to the camera:p, stand back from the train so as to not overload your mic/reduce dynamic range (Ideally, you could do test runs to check the audio levels), check your exposure and possibly manually set it. If it's windy, use something such as a sign to shield your microphone.
Of course, I didn't do many of those in this video, but I'll learn :p
