A song video of my number one favorite song of all time, How Soon Is Now, a cover version of the original (done by The Smiths) by Love Spit Love.

I absolutely love the lyrics and the beat of this song. Being shy I relate to them very well. This is one of the few songs I can play over and over again for hours without getting bored. I loves it that much ;D

@Noveltooner O.k. I feel better now. You're right now that I think about it...they don't have the whole verse in the opening credits so just hearing the bit we do, it does sound like 'sun' and 'air' and it's deliberately meant to by the show. I actually prefer to think of it that way!

@politelypompous On, no! You're absolutely right. The song was deliberately edited for the opening of "Charmed" so it would seemingly change the context to "sun" and "air." However, in "The Craft" (which was made years before "Charmed"), it was left alone to reflect Sarah Bailey's (Robin Tunney) personality early in the film. This song was originally recorded by The Smiths during the 80's and I used to watch the video on MTV (when it was still "Music Television" with veejays).

@eLuminaP It's definitely 'I am the SON and the HEIR' but it sure sounds like 'I am the Sun and the Air.' I always thought that's what it was until I saw this video.

I know I'm going to get torn apart by people reading these comments, but for all the times I've heard this song, I always thought he was singing "I am the SUN, I am the AIR" and not 'I am the SON, I am the HEIR". Don't ask me how I thought those words flowed into the next verse, but that's what I always thought.

I had only heard this song at the beginning of Charmed, and I thought what I was hearing all had to do with the witch/Wicca thing.

@StarlightPlan OH COME ON! How would a 12-year-old kid know that right off the bat? We learn things as we grow older-we aren't born automatically knowing them! You learned who did it first at one point or were you born knowing it? He/she didn't know, ASKED and now knows! There's nothing wrong with asking if you don't know!!!
