It is made by Liqui-Fruit as an advert fo the "Summer Meltdown" campaign. They haven't yet stated to the press as to how they managed to do it but it isnt fake.

I also remember something in the local news about this.. I read on a website that it actually was a marketing stunt but there are multiple views from multiple cameras....
