heheheh, say have you tried some hot blues and jazz on this? One thing that could sound really tasty is "It's Hot - Leave It Alone!" which is available as a MIDI from Terry Smythe's piano roll site.

EXCELLENT! This reminds me a lot of an upright MIDI harpsichord that Mike Ames used to have (still has?). Did you base it on his design?

WOW! That's awsome O_o How are the jacks moved? What are u using to move it? little coil winding?

The Jacks are moved using solenoids and are connected magnetically so there isn't a solid connection to bind up. You could simply pull them out.
