  • Maybe someone can help me. I find that I do better in heavy ketosis, feel more energy, less hunger, better mood...etc,etc. The problem is I am having a hard time getting my strips to go above a weak or low level of ketones. The times I have felt the best was when I had the strips deep purple. I limit my carbs to less than 5gm a day, limit protein to adequate levels (20%), eat mostly fat. I am kinda stuck with the last 10 lbs (5ft7,160lb). Any suggestions are welcome.

  • Only 703 kcals? That's far too low.

  • ketosis is irrelevant.

  • tinned tuna chicken turkey and egg whites for 6 month and u will b pure muscle

  • YOU CAN DO IT!!! Just never give up and make sure you keep the carbs low along with moderate protein and good amounts of fat. GO GET 'EM!

  • wood work, i'm sure you could keep it up, take care

  • must be nice to get snacks!! I am only allowed 3 meals a day and thats it!!!

  • I hope today goes better for you. Stop eating and chatting, very bad habit! See oovoo is promoting bad habits lol. I hope this is a kick start for you and you start to lose again, you are so close to your goal!
