Yes! Lulu is an excellent site...I was planning to use it to compile a German-language Korean book I compiled into a PDF from scanned images. Very very handy service! Plus the prices are cheap. Nice to see what the final product looks like!

There's also Blurb and Createspace (dot com). Blurb seems to specialize largely in photographic books though.
