**READ THIS FIRST**
This video I created for educational purposes. One note of importance I wish to add is to approach these stretches VERY gradually and do not stretch farther than what feels comfortable to you.
I must take into consideration every individual has a different physiological makeup, and some people are unaware at first that their organism is carrying a heightened level of tension within. I sincerely do not wish to be responsible for any injuries incurred from over-stretching.
Implement them safely, and gradually within your judgment, and never over-exert yourself. The benefits increase the more weeks you practice these on a daily basis.
If you have ever previously experienced severe damage to any tendons within your arm or shoulders or have had previous surgeries then exercise caution while beginning these stretches.
Practice hard, and enjoy a healthier, more musical hand!

Great video!!!!
I have had pain in my hands for some time now...
And after doing a couple of these simple steps I feel stretching all over my hands.
Slowly healing and I am only at 7 min on your video THANKS!!!

Thank you, David, for taking the time to do this. It's exactly what I was hoping to find today on YouTube. My right hand carries a lot more tension than my left; these exercises should help a lot.
