Firstly, it's not for anti-personal. At least, not at high speeds; the rate of fire could be lowered.
Secondly, it can take a lot more than two bullets to kill someone. If you hit them in the heart or another place that is important (head, neck), than maybe... but people have been shot in the head and survived.

Okay, so I am going to take a guess that it would be and Anti-vehicle? Well then yeah, pretty smart idea. But as for the bullet thing, you have a point. But a few well placed shots, 1-3 shots outta do the job.

Metal Storm is a firearm technology, it's not a particular weapon.
They have anti-air, hand-held and artillery prototypes. It's just a new way to load and fire weapons. Read the description!
