@rahuljin2 -- oh and BTW...Teresa does not do other exercises "behind the scenes", she has done nothing but T-Tapp for the last 30 years. However she uses T-Tapp principles for muscle activation throughout the day so she is constantly burning fat. She also eats A LOT, drinks wine, and enjoys chocolate. She's our favorite fitness guru because with T-Tapp you don't have to change your diet to get results!

@rahuljin2 -- did you try this one? You certainly can reduce certain spots when you FULLY activate muscles from origin to insertion. Muscles store fat in spots where they are inactivated. Most exercise only activates the muscle to the belly of the muscle not full fiber. You'll also find that this move increases your heart rate and definitely uses energy!! You don't need weights to lose back fat or bra pudge!! Check out the success stories on Teresa's site -- you may reconsider your opinion.

@roman828rnb -- the great thing about T-Tapp is that you don't NEED weights or stretchy bands, or anything else...except maybe a towel. However, if you like using weights, apply Teresa's T-Tapp principles and you will get more activation out of your favorite exercise methods.

@hmgthao if you kept up with this then you'll notice that bra-line pudge and back fat are disappearing. You engage the lats when you do this correctly :)
Teresa purposely uses that rhythmic cadence so it sticks in your head. Do it enough and you'll be able to rip out a set with no video accompaniment...which is the goal right? Fit fitness into your day not the other way around :)

If you do 3 sets of butterflies a day, you'll see a difference in one week. We recommend using a measuring tape so you can really track the changes. You'll also notice that your arms get firmer too :)
