Jealousy is reflective of a person's feelings or attitudes toward another person, whereas envy expresses a person's feelings or attitudes toward another person's advantages or accomplishments; jealousy pertains to emotional rivalry while envy is resentment of a more fortunate person...

--Envy--

"For anger slays the foolish man, and jealousy kills the simple."
 Job 5:2

"Do not fret because of evildoers, be not envious toward wrongdoers."
 Psalm 37:1

"A tranquil heart is life to the body, but passion is rottenness to the bones."
 Proverbs 14:30

"Do not let your heart envy sinners, but live in the fear of the LORD always."
 Proverbs 23:17

"Do not be envious of evil men, nor desire to be with them."
 Proverbs 24:1

"I have seen that every labor and every skill which is done is the result of rivalry between a man and his neighbor. This too is vanity and striving after wind." Ecclesiastes 4:4

"He was saying, 'That which proceeds out of the man, that is what defiles the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed the evil thoughts, fornications, thefts, murders, adulteries, deeds of coveting and wickedness, as well as deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride and foolishness.'"
 Mark 7:20-22

"Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant."
 1 Corinthians 13:4

"Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."
Galatians 5:19-21

"We also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another."
Titus 3:3

"If you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, do not be arrogant and so lie against the truth. This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing."
 James 3:14-16

"Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander."
 1 Peter 2:1

"Do not envy a man of violence and do not choose any of his ways."
 Proverbs 3:31

"Do not fret because of evildoers or be envious of the wicked."
 Proverbs 24:19

"He is conceited and understands nothing; but he has a morbid interest in controversial questions and disputes about words, out of which arise envy, strife, abusive language, evil suspicions."
 1 Timothy 6:4
