An ex-Boer war guerrilla in New Zealand is sent out to bring back a Maori accused of killing a British soldier. Gradually they grow to know and respect one another but a posse, led by the British Commanding officer is close behind and his sole intention is to see the Maori hang.

This movie sux!!!!!! It's a nz movie ,about a Maori in nz and theirs nearly no maoris in it ,there was a total of two including temuera Morrison the other Maori dude was in the background even then it was only two times for a few seconds max wtf!!!!!

ray looks the part but the accent is not that great and he's a bit wooden,could have been a better film.

Good movie..great landscape shots ..Oh I agreehe is not your typical handsome lead but I find him rather handsome..He was also in "The Proposition" ..I like his character better in this
