an investment in a set of tire chains first , and perhaps a height extention for the top of the blade wouldnt be bad either .

Those Case VAC'S are geared for power. Great little tractor.
I have a 1946 case VAC, narrow front, great for raking hay and working on food plots.
Also, your not to far away from me pastorRF. I am in Alpena. I also got a video of my case tractor doing a cold start. Check it out if you like.

Pastor, that's a pretty little tractor you have there. i've got a hunch, yours is pre-1949 because you have no provisions for the Eagle (3-point) hitch on the back. they were standard equipment 1949 and later. i also suspect you have a faster 4th gear than most VACs... the VAI (industrial model) came w/ a higher speed 4th gear because they came w/ small 24' wheels on the back and someone may have swaped gearboxes... but just the same, it does just what you need it to do. Kudos from Canada!

what kind of computer do you have? How much RAM(memory) and how much Hard Drive space is left?
I am close to posting my second video using MS Movie Maker. It is taking multiple hours to save the video as a recommended movie file. Am I doing something wrong? My friend does his Fire response videos and saves them. He says it takes about 20-30 min!

I don't have a serial number on the dash where it should be and I can't find another way to determine what year it is. It is a good little tractor. I was gone to Indiana for a week and was able to walk through a tractor grave yard and found 5 VAC remains. Two of them still had their dashes and that is where there serial numbers were.
