Pastor Charles Curtiss of The ONE Church, Dallas/Garland TX nearly died with pneumonia in the summer of 2000. He had been given less than 24 hours to live by doctors, but the Lord gave him a wonderful miracle. After nearly a month fully intibated (on life support, through his throat), doctors weren't sure if he'd ever be able to talk, never mind preach or sing, like he did before the extremely traumatic 2 month hospitalization. He makes no claims of being the greatest singer in the world, nor does he even attempt to bill himself as a professional.
