These are simple exercises that I do everyday. Although I am not skinny, I did tone up quick in less than a month with a balanced diet and doing these everyday. Ladies (and guys) you CAN tone up and you CAN feel good about yourselves again; just push yourself everyday and you'll see results quicker than you thought. Try these out for a month and if no results let me know. Request other work out videos if you'd like. Love you guys, enjoy (:

  • @tayyabno10 Haha, yes you can. Lol. We have the same muscles...plus or minus a few. Lol. But if it helps, my boy personal trainer was the one who taught me these....Lol and he did them. :)

    Cardio will help get your blood pumping, and build your heart strength....who doesn't want that?! :D

    Honestly, this video is very simple for people just starting out. If you don't like to use weights or are barely starting out, than this will help you a bunch for the first week or so... :)
