  • I love this "instrument". It makes it so easy to apply music theory to your playing and to create chords and scales without needing to be any good on the piano or a guitar. It makes different key signatures behave he same way. Fantastic.

  • The Future is NOWWW!!

  • damn him and his crazy talent. he only had it for like 2 months before filming this. i've had mine for 6 months and i still cant play like that

  • @MustacheVerra I ordered the AXiS 49 for $490 with CA tax and 2 day shipping. Btw the 49 key version has 14 rows of 7 hex-keys, so you still end up with more keys than a traditional 88 key keyboard/piano. (no mod wheel or anything on the 49 though)

  • @dgmulf I don't understand either.... I must have been high! lol... And I've discovered Harmony navigator since then. :D

The Yamaha Motif sounds good BTW. I'll most-likely get it before that ;)

  • @MustacheVerra I don't understand how it could really cost that much. I mean, it's just a bunch of plastic buttons. For about $200 less you can get a full 88 key hammer action Yamaha Motif keyboard, *with* a bunch of built in sounds and effects.

  • The part from 3:55 to 4:00 sounds a bit like Angel Island in Sonic 3 :P

  • like his smile at the end of the vid...

  • Hmmm, I can't think of anything to compare it to. The action is much lighter than they keys on any laptop, which are the lightest other buttons I can think of. they go down smoothly, rather than "clicking". They have about 3mm of travel. I find it hard to play with a consistent velocity, but that's just me.

  • Holy Crap.
