Chapter 21 of my FE7 HHM 0% growths run, completed in 3 turns.

Easy. Raven doesn't quite reach A rank swords after his last attack on Oleg, but keep in mind that I had the Iron Blade on him in chapter 20. Because Iron Blade gives 2 WEXP per attack (Killing Edge only gives 1 WEXP), I could have gotten A rank swords on Raven for this map.
