They should punish Margarito by making him fight either 1) Pacman or 2) Mayweather, or 3) Cotto , but allowing his opponents to use PLASTER
If he used it on others, his punishment should be to TASTE his own medicine
And lastly, they should have Bob Arum recieve a punch to the face, for protecting Margarito even when he knew his boy was playing dirty
One punch to the face won't kill him, but it will make him realize that in the ring many fighters face real dangers, even death like plaste

Damn Cotto got sent to the hospitol! De la Hoya doesnt want to fight Latin boxers because of the critisizm he recieved from the mauling of Cesar Chavez. And his wife doesnt approve of him fightn P.Rican boxers. So he is in a tuff spot. De la is one of my fav of all time and to me he would have beat Mayweather this second time, and he would beat Cotto. But Idk about Margarito this dude is clinically insane or something cause hes pure adreniline. The type of fighter where skill doesnt matter.
