Ah the good old "Arab Trader argument"....I'm sure the slave trade in other places had implications for those people and places, but the discussion is about the implications the slave trade in America had on American society. Not always the same. I think this argument is a bad way to try to derail the discussion. By that logic, I should be able to kill one or two people as a freebee, because obviously people like John Wayne Gacy and Dahmer killed way more people than that.
