nice tips...helps keep me on track. eat raw fruits and veggies...stay away from processed foods, eating junk makes being healthy impossible...junk is not worth it if you want to be thin

Look! I'm over thirty and I am still skinny no matter what or when I eat. Which by the way is not necessarily a good thing. But I can't complain. I acturally like that fact. It's also a matter of genes. Metabolism! thinxxxalways.

Hmmm what else??? Um I don't stop drinking pop?! I have been drinking diet pop since I was born and If i didn't I would be pretty chunky. Cuz like y would u drink ur calories away when instead u can have like low cal yogurt or something?!

Is it ok to not eat for 2 days, so my body can use the food I ate, 3 days in a row? I ate alot, so yeah.... I'm gonna try and not eat today (2nd day) and start eating 500cal a day tomorrow. It's been hard so iv been failing. But I'm really motivate now :D it kinda sucks that my salad dressing from "marketside" is mostly fat. It's really good tho haha

@mahnea747 Yeah I do too most of the time, but there's one of them with I think 90 cals but it tastes exactly like Peachy-O's [my favourite candy] so I get the taste but way less cals

@mahnea747 I just drink the 0 calories ones, they don't have artificial stuff & even have vitamins. :)

Obviously you don't get that fat DOESN'T make you gain weight, idiot. It makes you feel FULL so you don't eat as much. Get educated.
