  • @SubZeroSkyLine "energy cannot be created or destroyed" Right but that has nothing to do with the rate at which the body burns calories in different temperatures. Don't be an ass to people just because they want actual proof to back up claims.

  • @rashidaziz84 k fag

  • @SubZeroSkyLine What is wrong for asking for an academic reference for an essay? You are a fucking idiot.

  • @rashidaziz84 If he didnt know what he is talking about he wouldnt be telling millions of people to do what he is saying....you said a really dumb question....it is already proven....besides food doesnt make you fat...its total number of calories in the food that you ate...energy cannot be created or destroyed....all the unused energy isnt going to just dissapear it is saved as stored energy...known as body fat

  • @al14di Yeah always remember to breathe.

  • @SubZeroSkyLine I was just asking a question. You seem to have the maturity of a two year old. Prick.

  • @rashidaziz84 Shutup fag he knows what he is talking about

  • @al14di No

  • steve does your breathing matter when doing crunches or sit ups?

  • steve you are absolutely right! obsessing can also create tension and anxiety - obsessing over each calorie, over what i've burned etc when i'm eating... as you say the fundamentals work. obsession can lead to stress hormone cortisol being elevated so you'll end up retaining weight and eating away at muscle... over time... just relax. its a slow but sure fire proccess - a lifestyle not an event. your help is really worth its weight in gold
