Так приезжай=)Никто не мешает,там сейчас +3 градуса,а зимой так вобще супер,побудеш 15-20(а то и меньше)минут и у тебя рожа болеть от мороза начинает.

my father used to work in Norilsk, his company (from Croatia) built several of biggest buuldings in town

it was i think from 1986-1990 or something like this

he talked about city a lot, but most of talks were about how people are friendly, and like to drink in every social occasion

I recognised the city name today reading about most poluted places in the world, he did mention some huge factory there, but I had no idea is was that bad

also I had no idea city is closed for foreigners
