It's far too hot for that dog to run so fast next to a bike. I wonder if people even think before letting their dogs run so fast on a hot day. They know 'so much' about dogs but forget they can't get rid of the heat in their bodies as humans do. I've seen so many overheated dogs while working at the shelter and the vets, it makes me furious seeing this.
