On decision day, Brazil's Chief Justice is expected to make a ruling in the international custody battle to return 9-year-old Sean Goldman to his father David in the U.S. Manuel Gallegus reports.
I see at David and Sean faces, they seemed very, very happy. They are great daddy and son. I am very glad that they are reunited! Do not forget to watch Dateline on Jan. 8th, they will have interview with them.
@TheTondor1 Next time before you call someone ignorant, make sure you have spelled your own damn country correctly. Now who is the idiot!!! PS so you know for next time it is spelled BRAZIL not brasil!!!
almeidamd11- cant compare apples, and oranges. The pilots weren't kidnapped, and we don't usually turn over our citizens to other countries for prosecution.
for JOEVICENTINI... the bastard is that one judge who sided with the abductor...e Silva... that judge is the fucking retard... and CORRECTION PLEASE... have you been watching all the news about Sean? Obviously not when you stated "every Brazilian court decision on this issue was favoring the return of Sean....." the news clearly stated there was one judge... SO THIS IS NOT "EVERY". This is against the international treaty governing cross-border child abductions... UNDERSTAND???
Brazilian government is not ignoring the law you fucking retard. Every brazilian court decision on this issue was favoring the return of Sean to his father. What is taking so long is that the stepfather's lawyer is putting every kind of bumps he can in the justice system to win time. What do you want the brazilian justice system to do, to ignore its own appealing laws, dickhead? Every brazilian citizen or judge knows Sean should be back with his father.
We can hear your voice loud and clear and we are damn happy about it. US policies have spread misery and destruction throughout South America and your ignorance and arrogance are certainly not welcome in Brasil. Thank you for not coming and please spread the word to your fellow countrymen. You might want to go visit other countries to which your generosity has brought so much freedom and democracy (like Iraq!).
This case has went on long enough! The Brazilian government is ignoring international policies. I will not purchase anything from Brazil and will not travel there on holiday. My friends and family believe this is the best way for our voice to be heard! Let Sean go home!!
