the cathedral is in gothic style, very similar to the cathedral of cologne and many french cathedrals. this is the "alte kapelle", the "old chapel", the style is late rokokko and it's one of the most amazing baroque churches in bavaria. it's about 250m from the cathedral in regensburg, founded in about the 9th century, rebuild into it's current style in the 19th century.
