Independence Mo Hocker Heights . Income based housing .
This is a low income housing complex , it has been a part of Indep since i was born or longer .
Most seem to think it is full of crime. I will tell you that they are trying to fix the problem, they just started a Garden there and are teaching the residents to grow and harvest food to supplement the diner table..
They hope to make many more improvements.
These are low income Americans , who are just trying to get a piece of the dream the same as you or I..

I used to come to Hocker Heights when I was a young kid back in the 80's.We had good times there.Some of the crew back then was my cousin Appinati Tanuvasa, Henry White, Sio Sifa, and whole lot others.The Samoans and blacks used to feud back then.There was one nigger named Sheldon Morgan.I hated his sick black ass.He's a rapist and a child molester.
