Looks like you run a pretty wet skimmate, does the cup drip-feed to a larger container? Seems like you would be emptying that thing quite often without one.

The skimmate is actually pretty dry. The tea colored liquid in the video is actually in the funnel neck section. This area does collect water almost like a wet skimmate and was very pronounced initially.
