Motion Feedback MP3 Player

Heath and Fitness project using ioBridge IO-204, Parallax PIR Motion Sensor, and SparkFun MP3 Trigger. The system allows you to control the volume of an MP3 player relative to motion. This creates a positive feedback loop to encourage more activity.

@stoddcrew See, now THAT is motivation. Well, I guess you could breakdance up to the sensor, or running man if preferred, and just loop the 5v wire to the input of the iobridge. Then it would think there was non-stop motion, and you can drink a beer next to the most complicate on/off switch you own.
