Longwell is the Animal Control Officer in Port Jervis. The 65 year old grandfather of two says he will share his winnings with family. Longwell and wife Mary will get 50 thousand dollars a year for 20 years. Back in 2008, Longwell hit the Mega Millions game for 250 thousand dollars.

  • not 1 million, its 650,000 cash and 400,000 after taxes. so its really 40% of what they state you 'win'.. he can buy a few cars and hes broke again thanks to the NY state.
