@PignoyPride Tagalog is really Taglish. Filipinos integrate English in their everyday speech. There's nothing wrong with that, it seems as if you feel ashamed by it.

As a Pinoy, I believe that the Filipino race is an ethnicity that stands on its own. It's difficult to distinguish the Filipino identity to it's ancestry roots because Filipinos are so intermixed. And it's not the natives fault, Japan, China, Spain, and the US have all made a heavy impact in the Filipino culture, let alone the language. All the influences other nations have placed in the Philippines created a whole different and unique culture on its own: the Filipino Culture.
-
Filipinos culture has heavy influences of American culture because it was ruled by America for quite some time. Its in our history.
-
I think Filipino is in the blood, like other races.

Kung magkalaban ang USA at Pilipinas sa war saan ka kakampi?
-
Kung American Citizen ka, American ka hindi ka pinoy.

@PignoyPride I would gain more appreciation from your point if you did tagalog. Baka kapwa pignoy ka rin? But anyways, maybe instead of attacking people here in youtube just cause we can see you face to face, gumawa ka na lang ng paraan para itama at itaguyod ang ating salita. Our tagalog language needs to be preserved. Anyways, good luck with everything and I hope you can do something with that hate that you have towards us.

@PignoyPride Sige paano ko kaya maisasabi yan. Pwede ito "Ipinagmamalaki ko ang maging isang Pilipino." "Ipagmamalaki ko lagi ang aking tunay na balat." "Pinagmamalaki ko ang aking isang mamayan." Past, present and future of different versions you can say it. Baka sabihin mo pa na hindi translation yan. Hindi word for word pero it is the same thing. (Sorry to use taglish apparently its idiotic to use it.) I wonder why you have so much abhorrence over filipinos like me.
-
@12palatine "Mapagmalaki is the translation of proud."
are you sure? ok then.. translate this cliche phrase often said by filipinos using that word: "I'm proud to be Filipino." like i said, you flips don't know your language (that's why idiot filipinos came up with taglish LOL!)..but let's see if you can prove me wrong. ^_^
